I hope you’ve had the chance to get to know a little bit about me by now.
If not, I am so excited for the opportunity to meet you!
Before your appointment, I want to share a few important policies regarding my humble salon space.
My goal is to ensure a welcoming environment that helps create a stress-free and comfortable experience for every one of my endeared clients.
By following these policies, I’m confident we’ll have an amazing time together — sharing laughs, relaxing, and having you leave with the most beautiful of nails that you will absolutely adore (if I do say so myself). 😉
- My salon is designed for TWO — Just you and me. Please leave your dogs and children at home safely cared for (unless discussed with me beforehand).
- Cancellations aren't nice, but life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 Hours ahead of time. If not, you may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
at your next visit upon arrival (before your appointment).
- Time is respected. Please do try your best to arrive on time.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a modified service.
Though consistent late arrivals are NOT acceptable! Remember, every clients scheduled time is valued and precious!
- Your health is Important! If there are any signs of nail damage to the point where I feel a service would cause further damage, I reserve the right to refuse services.
I do not want to put your health at risk!
Lastly, If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 48 Hours so we can discuss options. Refunds are not offered.
